Welcome to Barbara Psychic Mediums. We provide live psychic entertainment services. We also publish newsletters, meditations, free online card readings, horoscopes and other psychic content.

Our services are for entertainment only. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to get a psychic reading and related services. All purchases of services using credit cards, debit cards and PayPal accounts shall only be made by the card or account holder. You certify that the information given to Barbara Psychic Medium upon buying minutes, is true. Barbara Psychic Medium will not be responsible for any false statements/information you make in connection with your payment method such as a PayPal account, debit card, credit card. You agree that you will only use credit cards, debit cards, PayPal accounts or other payment mechanisms for which you are the card or account holder.

We are aware of our responsibility to our customers, however, the information we give should not be used in place of any recommendations by medical, financial or legal professionals or other professional counselors. It is your responsibility to evaluate any information, opinion, advice or other content provided through our website and readings. Any and all decisions that you make will be your sole and exclusive responsibility.

Acceptance procedure

By visiting our website (www.barbara-psychicmedium.com) and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Use and that you accept and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by the terms herof. Barbara Psychic Medium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these Terms of Use from time to time. If you do not wish to be bound to these Terms of Use you must discontinue use of the site and the services.

Confidentiality of your personal access code/pincode

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your personal access code/pincode and to notify Barbara Psychic Medium of any unauthorized use of your personal access code/pincode.

Credit minutes and our satisfaction guarantee

To receive a reading, you must purchase credit minutes. They never expire. You receive an e-mail after every reading in which you can see how much balance you have left.

We don’t guarantee that reader’s predictions will come true, but we do our best to ensure that you enjoy the readings. To ensure your satisfaction with your reading experience, we offer a guarantee on your most recently paid reading. Specifically, we will give credit minutes in accordance with the following guidelines:

• To request a credit, please send an e-mail to support@barbara-psychicmedium.com within 24 hours of the reading in question. If you do not request a credit within 24 hours of the reading, we reserve the right to refuse to issue a credit.
• If you make a request within 24 hours, we will credit your account with credit minutes for an amount determined at the sole discretion of Barbara Psychic Medium based on the circumstances. For phone- and chatreadings, any such amount will be based on the length of the reading, provided however, that no credit minutes granted can exceed the amount of a 15 minutes reading. Credit requests are limited to one unsatisfactory paid reading per month.
• This satisfaction guarantee is valid once per reader and does not apply to readings with readers for whom you have received any credit in the past from this guarantee.
• In case of a credit, we give credit minutes. No cash will be provided for any reason.
• Only genuine issues relating to your satisfaction with the reading in question – as determined at our sole discretion- will be considered for a credit request. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a credit.

Rules of service and refusal of service

The services may not be used by residents of any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse the provision of services to any person for any reason. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action against any person who commits fraud, or otherwise violates laws, on our site or using our services. A reader has the right to terminate the provision of services at any time if a customer’s behavior and/or comments are deemed by the reader to be inappropriate, abusive or threatening. Such a customer may be denied further access to call any of the readers.
